Small garage simulator build Uk πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

Hi guys, thought I’d post my uk garage build!

I have a double garage length ways with not much width, I made the best of the available space and these are my pics below!

    Room size,
    10ft 2 wide
    15ft long
    8ft 10 tall

I am 6ft 2 and can swing driver comfortably.

it can be done in small spaces!

Great work Mrshankley . You're right, I'm finishing mine in 12'x16', but yours is even smaller. It looks fantastic too, congratulations. What is that little putting mat you put in front of the screen?

Brettster its from a company called golf bays, if you go on their website itll be on there. The one I have there is the smallest size they do, I’d deffo recommend the size up as it’s abit tight to put on properly

Mrshankley - I see... thanks, here it is: https://golfbays.co.uk/collections/a...izes-available

Yes, I could see that being small, and raised up enough to create an issue in front of the screen? I've already purchased nice putting turf covering my hitting area, and I will cut holes directly into the turf and through the raised floor. I might have some little flags like that, was just thinking about it. Also, I may consider using something like that in my basement away from my simulator.

looks great, going to be doing the same to my old 1940's garage once I redo the roof as the ceiling joists are only 7 feet high. The roof is ancient and has like 6 layers of shingles on it so it needs to be replaced. The garage is 18' long x 13 wide

Great Build, i am about to undertake a similar project myslef
My joists are at 8ft but i plan to vreate an attic loft ladder style opening (Without the ladder) to increase that over the swing area
I am 6ft 4 and have an extra inch on the shaft of my driver, this gives be concerns that i might hit the wall behind me.
How far is the ball position form the wall in front of you ?
          Thanks
