Moving to Quebec - Simulator essential

Hi, my name is Tom and this is my first post here. After 20 years living in Italy (with 12 months of golf per year) I'm soon moving to Quebec. I told my wife that a simulator is a condition for me moving. She agreed, but the space is a bit limited. I'm attaching my first sketch of my office/simulator room and would appreciate any comments. I'm going to play with almost golf balls and would like a Bushnell Launch Pro (if available in Canada) or a Sky Trak, because there won't be much ball flight. The screen will be retractable but I'm leaving a gap to the left of the screen so I can get in and out of the room without having to close the screen.

No Bushnell here, geolocked to the US only.

Some people have talked about using VPN to circumvent but I haven't seen any success stories posted as of yet.
