Build summary - check my logic

This forum is awesome, great reading, intel, and constructive feedback! I would love some thoughts to pressure-test my logic with the space that I have. Trying to be brief, photos in link below.

• Using third bay of garage - I don't NEED to use the garage door, but of course it'd be easier to leave it in place
• Front to back is 22' 2". 20' gives ~2 foot cushion beind screen and in front of garage door.
  • This leaves 11' to screen, 9' to Mevo
• Just got a MSI computer with i5 and 3060 graphics card
• SCREEN: I'm eyeing a 9x10 Carl's place enclosure - a bit shorter and I can tuck it in under the garage door opener and/or rails, still able to use the garage door.
• PROJECTOR: I eyeing the Optoma GT 1080HDR; it's the shortest throw distance and same price as BenQ TH617ST.
• MAT: I'm eyeing the Carl's place anti-fatigue mat
• There will be other ancilliary purchases (floor pads etc.) along the way.

I installed a Jack Shaft (side mount) garage door opener. That gives you clearance in the middle of the room. Also, the overall dimensions of the 9' x 10'0 Carls Enclosure are a few inches larger than the "true" dimensions. I have an 8'6 x 10'0 CP enclosure. It's great. Mine is in the second bay of my garage. My ceiling is 12'0 in the garage. When hitting, I have the other bay empty. Go as large as you can, but check with CP about the overall dimensions of the enclosure. Also, when you are assembling the enclosure (which is pretty easy), you need plenty of room to put it together and put it in place. Also, you should have 12" or so behind the enclosure and a few inches on the size as a buffer and you don't want the enclosure going all the way up to the ceiling because when a ball hits the top it is almost the same as it just hitting the ceiling. The sides and top of the enclosure are designed to contain errand shots, they are not like the impact screen which stops the ball.
