Garage build enclosure/projector question

I have a perfect bay enclosure with an optoma eh412st projector. The projector is 6'8 from the screen like it says. It is mounted as high as the ceiling will allow and that still does not meet the 14 vertical offset recommended. But the projector image is still hitting the front bar of the enclosure, thus taking some of the top of the image away. Is there an easy DIY way to raise the enclosure other than just by 2x4s or something like that. I am trying to avoid having to lower the projector but know that is an option as well.

Is the lens below the top bar of your enclosure? Not sure why the image would be hitting that? What size is your screen? Did you use Projector Central to get your mounting height and distance from the screen?

the lens is a little above the bar. Yes I used projector central.

The lens would need to be below the bar to project the image correctly on the screen. I had to play with the numbers I got from projector central to make my image fill my screen. My enclosure is 8'6 x 10'0, I use a 4:3 ratio. My width is totally covered, but there is about a 10" blank spot at the top of my screen. My projector lens is a few inches below the bar. See attached picture. You may just need to lower it a bit, then play with the keystone correction, etc., on the projector.
