Fantastic build! I really like the sliding rack for the launch monitor - well done!

Great Job - your tight enough to get away with truss at 10 foot high and only 12 ft wide - I'm also at 10.5 but span 19 ft and had to Gusset Panel in the Trusses and make them flush with the Joist verticals so the 1/2 plywood panels on both sides (the gussets) keep the roof trusses in place and forcing the weight down instead of out on the walls. Now my roof is probably the most stable thing in my garage.

Happy Easter and Masters week! It's been about a year since the build and there have been a few changes along the way. Thought I would give you boys something to look at since the Masters is under a rain delay.
1. Put a cup in the floor, so I could work on my putting. I have 14' available and while its not on par with Augusta greens, it has help my putting.
2. Added a sound bar behind the screen, not game improving but a better user experience.
3. Added a light bar to the ceiling. This allows me to turn the big overhead lights off and it keeps the screen from washing out.
4. Change from a CCE hitting strip to a fiberbuilt and that may be one of the best changes I have made.
5. The arcade style controller to help with the "other" software.
6. Not too much in this picture other than the head cover / ball marker rack.
7. Upgraded my slider. I designed and cut the base with my laser and have the mevo zip tied to it. The power cable has a retracting badge holder hooked to it, so when you slide it back
and forth, the power cable stays behind the unit. This works so much better than the original one.
8. Added three bungee cords to the wall (under the light switch) so players could stand their bags up. 4 people in here is tight with bags on their stands.
9. Added the butcher top bar. This was a pretty recent addition and its been sooo nice. Helps to keep pizza and drinks off the floor.
10. Changed over from the iPad to a gaming PC and it's night and day. I purchased the impact location add on but the mevo is saying insufficient lighting. FS is working on that issue.
11. Purchased the "other" software and man...it's fun to play some of the courses.
Hope everyone is playing well and if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

The grizzly grass wasn't holding up well where I stand, so I put in a CCE stance mat. I took in the left hitting station, so lefties will have to hit off of this mat. It is night and day different and I think I'm done with the sim for awhile....

Great looking setup @tullgolf
Apologies if I missed it before, but how offset are you from the center of the room? I am trying to get an idea of the distance from the wall behind you to the center of the hitting strip. My room dimensions are almost identical to yours, about 12' 4" by 20' 7"
I have a similar dilemma as to whether or not to accommodate lefties with my build-out. I am leaning towards not doing this, but still doing a dropped-in hitting area that is large enough I could pop in a second hitting strip in the future.
