Motorised or fixed screen advice

I’m looking for advice on which size and type of screen to go for and I’ve narrowed to two options, either 14ft wide motorised screen such as par2pro or 10ft wide fixed screen. Both would be 8ft high (max height available is just over 9ft).
The fixed screen is narrower due to a snooker table being in the way. Thanks.

I'm looking at the same options - preferring to go with the motorised as the room can be multi-use..

I went with a motorized screen and curtains for the sides. The idea was to take up as little permanent space as possible.

Do you have any issues with the screen being creased/not flat?
