Specific build questions

Hello - Lurker turned joiner here. Half way thru a build in a dedicated space. Carl's place enclosure, Eye XO with Refine, TGC2019, 4K projector. I have the enclosure built, the Eye XO mounted and the projector hung. Equipment was a package from Carl's Place. Seems to be nice stuff and they shipped quick. The "after the sale" experience with them has taught me to go elsewhere in the future. Yeah, I know, should have come here first, but lesson learned.
Anyway, here are my questions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Baffles? Enclosure in 15' deep, 10'tall and 13' wide. Do I need baffles? Should I have baffles? If so, how many?
The 2" pipes in middle and going from front to back on the sides: Do they need to be cushioned?
Floor is 1" EVA foam on concrete. Does it need to be glued down?
GrassTex Money Putt Turf on top of the foam. Does the Turf need to be glued down to the foam?
The new computer (Dell Alien 13) to run this thing should have the horsepower needed. Getting everything installed and running smoothly might be a different story. Anybody local to the Crystal River, FL area (near Ocala) want to earn some $$ helping with software install? The new computer has Windows 11 and I can't even find the icons for Word or Excel.

Baffles: The room is 15 long so 8 feet ball to screen? On a 10 foot high from 8 feet it’ll be thought to hit it that high. However, always plan for the worst so maybe a couple of feet from screen.

Floor: No need to glue it

Pipes: Should be ok except plan for worse case. If a ball hit’s there and comes back at you you want something to prevent it.

Regarding the software install, I feel your pain (being a Mac user myself) but I would try to do the installs using instructions on this forum and if you have trouble, I know from experience that ProTee offer excellent support and Uneekor have an excellent reputation for support too. Good luck!
