I guess at affordable budget. Trackman alone cost a lot. Just want everything to run to be able to play courses and that's about much it.

I used a desktop computer with an Intel chip from 2013/2014 and a 2070 super and managed full graphics (non 4K) without any issue. Prior to the 2070 super I was running a 970 I believe and it was just not good enough. This is what TM says are min specs:
Windows 10 (64-bit)
8 GB RAM*
i5 Processor
Nvidia 1070 8GB GDDR
512GB SSD
