Sportscreen Brackets

I had put bracing up in my garage attic ahead of time for the Sportscreen. I was given a dimension of 191.5" as the one I have is 16 ft wide. When I went to install the Sportscreen though, I realized that dimension can change depending on which way you position the brackets. I had initially planned to have the brackets both facing inwards, but if I did that then I wouldn't be able to screw into the bracing I had installed. I probably should have just screwed on a 2x6 to the ceiling where I needed to install them. So now I have the one where the motor is facing inwards and the other facing outwards. Shouldn't affect the function, but just an FYI for those wanting advice on the installation.

What's confusing is the instructions that were included all show the brackets facing outwards whereas the instructions on the Sportscreen website all show them facing inwards.
