The Clubhouse (My build)

This post is a long time coming! We were able to play golf in the new Clubhouse for the first time on Masters Sunday, the process was long and went in waves but alas it is up and running. There are minor cosmetic items to complete on the structure and sim but we are the point of substantial completion. I will use bullet points for everyone's sake.

Timeline
June - File permit with the city
August - Break ground
September - Exterior done, not dried in due to garage door delay
October - Not much progress waiting for garage doors
November - Dried in, rough-in electrical and misc wiring (ethernet, coax, speaker, hdmi)
December - slow progress, life happens
January - Electrical fixture, walls, etc
February - Insulation, painting, etc
March - Final bathroom inspection, wall coverings, finish electrical, etc
April - Simulator install, subfloor through finished product

Very Nicely done! I like the dual function use of the space - interesting. Curious about how you arrived at Uneekor QED vs EYE XO or the newer EYE XO2 version.

Ultimately I chose the QED because I trust the ball data of all 3 units equally, the QED was significantly less expensive, I can use stickers if I desire to get highly accurate club data during a driver fitting or a specific training purpose. Also, I think the ball tells us everything we need to know, the HLA + spin axis tells me enough for me to know what is happening at impact. I also was able to snag a nice deal on this website on the QED + 5 dozen bals + Refine software. The $5k I saved on the QED paid for the 3080Ti rig & 4k laser projector with $1500 to spare.

The dual purpose is nice, it will be even better once the pool table/ping pong table finds its way into the back half of the space where the concrete floors are. Then when it is nice we can roll up the back garage door to connect the space, have a fire pit while watching the game, etc

No bed allowed, my in-laws do not get to come camp out HA. Plus I have 3 kids and I do not want there to be a bed in the 'outbuilding'
