Grass for under the enclosure?

I am probably going to use 1 inch foam insulating boards to fill the space between my mat and my screen.

Does anyone have any recommendations on artificial turf to use on top of the boards?

I see a lot on amazon but also lowes and home depot have some locally too.

See if there is a Synlawn or similar place in your area. Synlawn sells remnants cheap!

Also keep an eye out on your local Craigslist. I scored a remnant when someone installed a putting green in their back yard. Really good stuff for almost nothing!

I tried the Home Depot stuff. The cheap roll was immediately returned. Some of the higher priced grass might work OK, but if you are going to putt over it, you might want the tightly packed short height grass.
