New build help please?

ok so i am finally building my sim. It is all framed out. The screen will be 13’x10’ i am thinking. I have the benq lk936st. Also have a gcquad, and 3090ti card in computer. Attached is a sketch of room. I plan on putting some exercise equipment in back of room. Also going to hang a 65” tv on wall at hitting area. One question i am struggling with is speakers. Where should i put them? I am going to run wires for electrical first then speakers. Want to be able to watch some shows on screen. But when working out I’ll swing tv towards equipment. Can i put speakers on ceiling behind screen? Then a couple in middle of room. Also i plan on attaching screen directly to walls and ceiling. Anything special i need to know before hand? I am sure there are more questions but just getting nervous cause i am getting closer to finish work.

Sorry forgot to ask. I have the quad so should i run wires for charging and usb under my floor to computer? Thinking would look cleaner but not sure how to install a box on flooring.

Sounds like it'll be an awesome sim! For speakers, I would put speakers in the ceiling and not behind the screen. I think the sound would be quite muffled if behind the screen. I would put the front speakers roughly 3ft in front of the golfer, so then there's virtually 0 chance they get hit with a ball. I'd put the rear speakers at the back of the room. And a sub can go off to the side, maybe close to where your PC is going.

And yes, you can run a wire to the Quad under the floor. What kind of a box would you need? I don't understand that part of your question. For power? Can install a floor mounted outlet but I don't know how your flooring is gonna be. I think you can also connect your Quad via wifi as well, just fyi.

Thank you for the help. The box i am thinking about would be outlet with usb connection. So i can connect quad via usb to outlet box and other end will be on wall by computer so i can plug from computer to that. So wires are under floor. I have not put floor in yet. It is going to sit on 2x6 runners so like a sleeper floor. I put studs and joist about 16” from back wall just not sure best way to attach screen to them.

If you build a subfloor with 2x6, should be easy to run wires under the floor and add a junction box for an electrical outlet.

I've used slotted angle iron many times for attaching the screen to the walls. And then use ball bungees for looping thru the slotted angle iron and go thru the grommets on the screen or loop the bungees thru tarp clips that then grab the screen.

Ok getting closer. Now to figure out what to do with flooring. I want hardwood to be in back of building where workout area is. I want the turf and hitting area to be same healthy i think. Or should i have a step it?
