Seeking advice before I pull the trigger…

I currently have a bargain setup in my garage, SkyTrak, Country Club Elite Mat, hitting in to a net. I hit from 6-7 feet from the net to avoid misses (and limited space). My ceiling is 8’6”, so I have a few driver dings in the drywall. I’m looking to upgrade, here are my plans so far. Please let me know if any fatal errors or perhaps improvements.

Gung-ho Golf 10x8.5 screen (retractable)

DIY side and ceiling heavy duty curtains, on tracks to be able to move side screens out of the way (Amazon, will curve behind the hitting screen)

Optoma GT2100 HDR- will likely have to aim down a bit and use keyhole correction due to having no vertical offset, but will be able to mount right over head to avoid shadows, and seems to be way brighter than BenQ options.

I am going to run this for now with an Apple TV device mounted next to projector and will screen mirror it from my iPhone.

I am thinking of getting Bullseye Soft Strike hitting strip, seems to get better reviews than current mat (Swing Turf.) Will still stand on current mat. Will get Amazon floor foam tiles with basic turf to round out the surface. No interest in putting sim.

So, any thoughts on flaws or improvements? I have spent HOURS here in the last few days to come up with the above, thanks for the great advice so far.

Sounds reasonable. I haven't run into anyone yet, including myself, who has planned it our perfect from the start. We'll be running our 4th winter season in ours, yet we still make a few tweaks here & there occasionally. Don't permanently attach anything right away except for the stance mat, you'll probably need to mess with positioning a bit to get everything to your liking.
