New garage design for garmin sim

Hey everyone, I am building a new garage(limited to 600sqft by the city) and need to park one car, store tools and stuff, and have space for a sim. Anybody done a similar project and have anything to share I would appreciate it.
The plan right now is a 20 wide by 30 deep, park on left and have simulator be in the back going the 20'span but if there's a better way I'm all ears. Also, the simulator does not need to be permanently up, open to setting up a little each time. Thanks!

My first version was 3’deep booth with frame covered in pool noodles but every once in a while the ball would catch something hard and an errant shot could would end up flying around the garage.

I’ve been through a number of revisions but I’ve ended up with an exoframe (13’w x 12’d x 10’h) of threaded gas pipe. Inside I stitch 3x truck bed mesh tarps (12x10’) to form the sides and top, 118"X79" Golf Ball Training Simulator Impact Display Projection Screen Indoor 300 * 200CM. Also stitched the mesh tarps to the screen. Screen and tarps are bungeed to the frame. Floor is interconnect gym mats from Costco with a 3’x5’ driving mat and some artificial turf/rug. I tied the tarp side at the bottoms together with rope under the mats to keep them from drifting outward. Used an inexpensive Toptro projector mounted ~20’ back on the ceiling and an Asus Rog Flow x13 with touch screen to run GSPro (only gaming Laptop I could find with touch screen and descent graphics). I’ve found this to be pretty cost effective and safe. I’ve not had any balls come wizzing back at me. I’ve recently added a pin light hung from the roof to light the tee area and covered the mesh with black drapery so I can hit with the garage lights on.
