I've been lurking for a while and wanted to now show my finished golf simulator. I liked the murphy golf enclosures, but wanted a bit bigger and like building things myself, so I built this 12' wide hide-away simulator enclosure. It's been a lot of fun with some frustration over the past 4 months, but what build isn't, right? I'm still working on lighting to remove as much direct light as possible and trying to illuminate from around the sides of the enclosure etc. The wiring for the winch needs to be cleaned up a bit as well. I made a divot return hitting strip and it worked great, but my father stepped on it and broke it, so now I changed over to 3 layers of 3/8" EVA foam under the hitting strip. It works well for now, but I would like to build another divot return strip in the future.
The ProteeVX is awesome so far and is very comparable, if not better than the EyeXO.
