I have been using my Ipad to runt he Flight Scope Mevo+ 2023 and E6 software for my garage simulator space. What are the main difference in switching to a Laptop? Are there any additional things I need to consider.
My current set up is Flight Scope Mevo+ connected via WI-FI to Ipad. I have an Ipad to HDMI converter that connects to the overhead projector via a HMDI cord.
Reasons I am changing:
1. Ipad has a weird aspect ratio and doesn't completely fill up screen. Not of the aspect ratio setting convert perfectly. Hoping the laptop ratio will fill screen better and I can adjust zoom etc to better fill screen.
2. I take my Ipad with me when i work and travel and need a device to stay at house for use when I am using Ipad.
3. Would like to convert to premium simulation software down the road like TPG or E6 expanded/premium version.
What will I need to change to use Laptop. I assume I can just plug HDMI straight into Laptop and go. Is there anything else from a set up I need to consider?
