I recently had a complete basement flooding while on vacation and while going through the planning for repair, a friend suggested that I modify my home theater to change to a hybrid theater/simulator. Here's the before and current room. It's a larger theater with 3 rows of 5 chairs with risers, etc. I cannot do a complete tear down so I thinking about not replacing the first row and using the lower sunken space as the hitting area. That area is 14.5 feet wide and 13.5 feet deep. It's not ideal, but I think it will work. I'm leaning torward the trugolf apoggee or the protee VX as the launch monitor and a benQ projector.
