Hey all,
Was hoping for some help as I cannot get this screen to lower/raise past 4/5 foot. Is there a reset to delete remote as it seems the delete remote in the guide does not work for the motor i have. The second 'jog' never happens.
Is there any other option to delete programming? leaving battery out etc.

I have rolled screen onto roller and mounted so practically ready for the upper position, when i go to lower, it will not go all the way to the floor and stops at 4 foot down.

Any help, greatly appreciated.

I just installed a METech system myself this weekend and thought the same thing. You need to continue to follow the instructions and set the Up and Down limits.
If I recall, you have to select the #, then select P2 (I think that was CODE for my remote), then Up. Press Stop when it gets to the height you want. Then Up and Select at the same time to save that. Then hit Down to set the downward limit the same.

If you actually need to delete the remote, this is how my manual says to do it. I agree with above though, it sounds like you just need to set the lower position stop.

Press and hold the motor SET button for 10s. The motor jogs once

Press the motor SET button again.

The motor jogs once again. All remotes are deleted from the motor
