I am in the middle of building my man cave/golf simulator. This is attempt two. The first time i successfully built but did not like the way it came out at all. The flooring wasn't what i wanted, the clearances weren't right and it just wasn't what i was looking for. I am attaching pictures below of the first build and the progress for where I am now I will update accordingly.

Goals to finish this weekend:
Put the enclosure back together (8x10)
Lay VCT at the bar area
Finish the bar
- Beadboard for the base
- Ikea laminate top 96x25x1.5
Build the new stand up desk for the gaming PC
Connect and dial in the tech

Goals for the future:
Acoustic foam at the CMU wall
Black out curtains around the Enclosure
Black Out Curtains along the floor line (Separating the garage into two spaces)
Black out curtains mechanically fastened at the open rafters
Mini Split HVAC System
