Adjustable Projector Mount where cables can run inside the mount?

Hi All,

Apologies if this is not the right area, i can put in projectors if need be.

Does anyone have an adjustable ceiling projector mount that is like hollow, so cables can run through from behind ceiling? I am at first fix so trying to make it as tidy as possible.

I have a mount that is not hanging from the ceiling, but mounted to a vertical wall. It can extend up to about 6 feet and the power / HDMI cables run inside it. Look for my posts and you will see a video that shows it in almost completed condition. As such, you can see the cables hanging out of the top. I have since cleaned it up.
