Feedback on Garage Retractable Screen Setup

I’m currently planning to upgrade from my patio/net/tv sim to a retractable garage setup. Hoping I can get some feedback on a few items below.

I’ve got 188.5” of width to hang my MeTechs retractable screen motor. I’m planning to have MeTechs cut the rod to 182” and mount a 180” wide screen to it with industrial strength Velcro. Does this sound right? I’m looking for an approximate 16:10 aspect ratio via a BenQ AH700ST, but recognize it won't be exact and the projector will have to adjust the image size a bit.

I’m in between the Bullseye premium and SigPro premium screens. Does anyone have experience using either of these with a retractable screen/MeTechs motorized rod? The Bullseye is more affordable and gets great reviews. The SigPro has a border on all sides but gets rave reviews.

I’ve got plenty of other plans but nothing I’m more worried about than choosing the incorrect screen size or brand, so any feedback on those would be extremely helpful.

MeTechs' retractable screen motor kit works excellently. I recommend opting for their professional-grade Pro screen. A couple of years ago, they offered standard a thin impact fabrics, which didn't perform as well as other premium screens. However, their Pro screen, introduced later, has proven to be superior. I believe it's the best choice for retractable screens, especially since the edges are sealed with ultrasonic CNC technology. You can request a sample to compare with other brands. I replaced my standard screen with the Pro fabric and absolutely love it. I think that the screen will last forever. METechs offers credit for replacement screens. The only challenge was attaching the new fabric; I recommend using double-sided tape or Velcro, as sliding the thick fabric with the supplied straps was difficult.
