Hello all. Going to. Going to build a structure outside for golf sim.

A few questions.

1. Concrete or wood framed floor?
2. I want it to double as maybe a guest sleep area/ hang out area.what minimum lxwxh you'd go with
3. Any other factors to take into consideration when building this?

Will this be covered and walled or just open area? I would go at least 20ft long x 18ft wide x 11ft high, inside dimensions to allow for sitting area at back side. Best to lay it out and see what you can afford. Concrete always better than wood floor. Heating/cooling and strategic placement of electrical outlets. Lots to plan and think about.
