Manuals for Full Swing Simulator Assembly

Hello All,

I belong to a non-profit organization and we recently purchased a used simulator form a local golf course. It is a full swing multi sport and was top of the line in 2018. We are trying to get it set up, but Full Swing has been less than helpful. Read that as no help at all. Does anyone know where we can locate manuals for an older simulator for the assembly of the unit and placement of all the sensors? I talked to Full Swing prior to the purchase and they seemed willing to help until we purchased it and then it was " You need to upgrade everything to newer technology for $38,000. We do not have that kind of money to sink into this, so we are attempting to do it ourselves. So, does anyone know where we can get any info on getting this setup, or at least point us in the right direction?

I did something similar and was able to set up the Full Swing simulator (from 2016) and get it running. I have lots of photos and can provide measurements as well. Were you able to get the metal framing and all the cables and sensors/cameras? Feel free to DM me and we can exchange emails so I can send you a link to my google drive of pictures and help you get this up and running.

We have not yet been able to get the frame together. We think we got all the cables and framing, but it is a big jigsaw puzzle right now. If we could get some pics, that would be extremely helpful.

This is just classic Full Swing. Sell a “top of the line” system and not have manuals to set up. Rather, try and collect tens of thousands of dollars to upgrade.

Hint: Full Swing is not a top of the line system. Never has been. And there are hilarious videos out there showing some guy trying to set up his Full Swing system and all the problems he had with it. And there a famous thread here that discusses some user paying 90k for effectively a lemon.

My best advice is to sell that thing, cut your losses and go with a real system like a Uneekor or Foresight product.

While I don't disagree with your assessment of FS as a mediocre system, it is serviceable and provides a decent simulator experience and club/ ball flight data. Their proprietary system business model sucks, but if one gets a full, functional, system for, say less than $5k and one only needs to apply some elbow grease, one can derive value from it.
