We have a former raquetball court as our Indoor golf room. Ceilings are 20 feet high. I am looking to put in an overhead launch monitor and projector, but right now I am stumped on best way to hang those? We are currently using the whole space so do not have a framed in hitting area. I've added a picture to give you an idea

You can use a ceiling fan drop rod or a projector drop extension, but I think with that length, it may be a custom order. Both will require wood to be placed between the extension and the launch monitor.
I would use two NPT ceiling plates, with one into a joist on the ceiling and another to a 2x6 for the launch monitor. You can get cheap lengths of NPT at any hardware store.

I built one in a room like that once. I put a beam between the walls to mount the projector and launch monitor.Originally posted by gators2k View PostWe have a former raquetball court as our Indoor golf room. Ceilings are 20 feet high.
