I would not advise anyone to order anything from Precisionsportssim.com no matter how good the deal might appear on their website. I rarely leave negative reviews , but in this case feel compelled to share this in the hopes it helps someone avoid the nightmare I have went through with Precisionsportssim.com.
The story goes: On Dec 10th, 2025, I submitted an order to them using their “bundle and save” simulator package builder for six items for a total of just over $17k which was paid in full on that day. I was told shortly after placing the order that one of the items, the golf simulator enclosure, was backordered and would not arrive until Jan 2026, but everything else should be able to ship in a week. On January 12th, 2026, I reached out to ask about shipment dates because I had received NONE of the items on the order. The next day Sara responded that she would investigate it and get back to me. Days later January 16th I reached out again, and this time I was told that one of the items I ordered was not available, the golf simulator enclosure. She also claimed to have sent me an email weeks ago regarding this issue, but I never received that email or any phone calls regarding the item in question. That same day I supplied them with information regarding the replacement item I wanted for that enclosure, and the credit amount I should receive based on their websites price difference for the two items when subbing the new enclosure for the original one in their system. I was told she would get back to me quickly with information regarding my updated order. After several more emails asking about the order, on Jan 22nd I was told all the items would be at my house the week of 2/2 and the refund would be processed. So, I waited and as it got to be close to that I week asked about tracking information and was told they do not usually get that from their suppliers. A few more emails and finally a phone conversation later I was promised to have everything by the week of 2/9. Once again, the time passed with no communications, and nothing was delivered. On 2/11 a full two months after my order was initially placed, I reached out to the manufacturer of the enclosure only to find out that they had no orders in the system from Precisionsportssim.com despite Sara having told me on multiple occasions it had all been ordered. I then drafted an email to Sara saying that if the items were not ordered and credit issued, with proof, I would have to consider seeking legal counsel and reporting the transaction to the CC as fraud.
FINALLY, proof of an order was placed on that day, Feb 11th with the enclosure company. The other items that still took another three weeks to arrive, but the credit still had not been issued to my account.
The credit Sara told me, once again, would be in my account that week. After one week passed I was then told that they changed banks and didn’t have checks yet so they had not issued the credit, and then a week after that I was told they mailed the check but it was returned to them, and now they will issue the credit back to the card. Fast forward another week and still nothing so I finally reported it to my CC company. Finally, four business days after I did that the credit hit my account. These items were ordered on Dec 10th, 2025, and it took three months to get the items and another month to get the credit they owed me.
None of this should have happened. If Precisionsportssim.com was an honest vendor, they could have had all these items delivered to me by mid-January at latest and had the credit issued. Instead, they held on to over $17k of my money for months before ordering anything and waited until the credit card company got involved to issue the credit. It Is astonishing that they are in business, and I hope that this helps anyone else going through the nightmare that I did.
