Garage sim - Option A or Option B?

Finally buying a home that has high ceilings in the garage and can fit a sim. I have two options I am considering. I want to run them by you guys for feasibility/critique.

A couple notes:

• I really don't want to be moving cars where possible. So I have one option that allows me to keep both cars parked, and one that allows for me to at least keep one car in the garage
• The garage ceiling is 10 feet tall, but there is a support beam running through the middle that is only 8'4". In Option A, it doesn't come into play. In Option B, it just means I need to hit driver from the front of the hitting zone.
• I will be getting an overhead V Track monitor with a nice big hitting zone.

Option A

Pros:

• Can (hopefully) keep both cars in the garage
• Do not necessary need a Murphy sim, but depends on whether the standing zone/landing zone will be something super heavy duty or whether it is turf. If turf, probably don't want to be driving over that so may need it to be retractable anyway

Cons:

• Off-center hitting (not in middle of the screen)
• Requires careful parking of both cars (especially the first car) to be just inside garage but not beyond the curtain. If curtain is closed most of the time, would park so that the car just barely grazes the curtain to take the guesswork out of it but still annoying. But hey, tradeoffs.

Option B

Pros:

• Centered screen / no offset
• Do not necessary need a Murphy sim, but depends on whether the standing zone/landing zone will be something super heavy duty or whether it is turf. If turf, probably don't want to be driving over that so may need it to be retractable anyway

Cons:

• Have to park one car outside
• Would likely need a (more expensive) Murphy Sim that retracts the turf/mat entirely to leave room for second car to park
• Always a small risk of hitting the 8'4" support beam, but I've done the practice swings and it works out fine hitting from ~10' from wall with anything but driver, and driver is fine hitting 9" from wall. After setting up the screen, maybe need to take 12" off those measurements since screen will not be flush against wall.
