Hey all, I'm from PA and getting started on my first build. Been golfing for a long time, but these PA winters are harsh and I am also looking to build somewhere fun to hang out with the crew when the courses are closed. I ordered my projector (Benq TH671ST) and am waiting for it to arrive before I finalize the rest of my basement sim layout. Been reading these forums for over a year now and am glad that things are starting to get built!

I'm going to be getting the R-Motion to start (fits the budget for now). I'm going to try to build out the basement as well as possible for fitting whatever LM is down the road. Definitely leaning towards Skytrak once I have the funds and hopefully the R-Motion will be used along-side it then too.Last edited by golfintime; 02-01-2019, 11:29 PM.Comment

Welcome! It’s a very addicting hobby! I’m in Bucks County PA and the last few days have been terrible but playing courses at 60 degrees in the garage is awesome!
I do have a Rmotion with a bunch of clips that I would be willing to sell now that I have upgraded my system. I’m not sure how the transfer of the software works so if you are nearby and interested I could look into that.

I got the same projector. How far didn’t you locate it from the screen? I’ve got a 10x10 screen and trying to keep as close as possible while maxing our at 4:3.Originally posted by StanMI View Post
