Hey everyone I am Joel from Chesterton Indiana. I have been playing golf since I was about 7 and played in high school and college and then got burned out and didn't play for a while. Life and family then and now have gotten back into it. My son is on the autism spectrum and very high on the sensory end and is starting to show interest in golf along with our youngest as well, but being outside and our climate around here makes it really hard with sensory issues. I have a net and mat and hit in the garage or backyard when the weather is nice and the woods block wind, but don't have anything yet to get started on a sim or even a LM. A friend of mine let me borrow a Mevo and that was amazing to get the numbers on all of our shots and have now caught the bug for a sim or at least something to get numbers. Right now looking for a Mevo or something while we save for something bigger and set up an actual sim. There is so much great info here and really appreciate all the input from everyone. I am an engineer by trade so I love nerding out on all the data and numbers!!!
