Hey everyone. I've been browsing through the website for the last few months trying to get ideas for a new simulator build in my garage. It's amazing how much time you can spend getting lost in all the threads when you are staring out at a Wisconsin winter.
After a lot of searching, consultation, and trying out a few systems (plus gaining wife approval) I'm going to end up buying a Skytrak system that will eventually lead to a Carl's Place enclosure (have to support the local WI guys) and most likely a Fiberbuilt hitting mat. I haven't purchased anything yet but did hear from a local reseller that Skytrak will be having a sale starting April 1st. Maybe I'll find a great used system before then but as of right now 4/1/20 is my official start date as a golf simulator owner!
