New Member from Washington State

Hello all. I am a long time lurker to this site and you guys have spun my head in several different directions with my sim build. The information found on this site is just plain awesome. I was completely tossed up as to what launch monitor to get for my build. I was tossed between the Skytrak and GC2. Have settled on the GC2. My biggest question is, do the early GC2 units that I find here and ebay still read as accurately as todays GC2a? Is there any difference really between the two units and if there is, what are they? I have everything setup to hit now, just settling on a launch monitor. Hitting into a screen on an ES14 that my buddy gave me is holding me over for the moment, but, I want to get some real data to practice with and sim with my wife. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
