New Users not being allowed access to forums?

Hi,

Ive had 2 people message me on facebook saying that they registered on these forums with view to joining our Optishot Tour, but when they click on the verification email it still wont let them log in

Does the registration process require a manual auth from Admins, and if so can you check if the new members have done things correctly, users were Eric Powers and Feri

Eric has been approved already. We can't find any users called Feri.

Eric should be able to logon. If not he needs to change his password.

Eric tried logging on using password from the welcome email but says its invalid.

Tried to reset and again when using it came back invalid. Could you perhaps pm me a stock password for him to try and then once he's logged in he can change it
