Question about test playing a course on Designer in TGC 2019 with avatar

Hello,

I've been learning how to import Lidar to bring in courses using Chad's tool.

I haven't tried using an Xbox controller per some of the training videos but using mouse and keyboard.

My question is related to the feature of PLAYTEST. I haven't found any way to have the avatar actually hit the ball.

Is this even possible in the design tool for the simulator?

You definitely can. I use steam for my attempt at designing and to hit I pull the mouse down for backswing and push forward to hit (not sure that's the best description of the motion, but hopefully you get the jist). I would think its the same for whatever platform you're using. Hope that helps!

Thank you. I was having trouble responding to your post but I finally realized I hadn't logged in - only searched to find my post. <Face plant>.

I appreciate your answer. I did have to click and hold the left mouse button while pushing forward for the backswing and a little practice to pull it back fast enough to get it to work.
