Simulator Room build in Thailand

Hi, I'm an Englishman living in Thailand. I am in the process of getting a Pool Villa built in Hua Hin. As part of the build I will have a separate 9x5m building which will be my man cave including golf simulator using a Mevo+ that I already own. I'm looking to hear the experiences of others here in Thailand. Can this be done with products from within Thailand? Importing anything here always throws up cost and logistical issues.

Has anyone else built out a simulator room here in Thailand? I'm looking for a quality build so I won't be doing it myself. I'm looking for a company recommendations to help with the build.

Good luck with the build! No experience in anything Thailand (eating Pad Thai doesn't count I expect) but lots of golf in Australia, Japan and Korea - if you can't source locally, you should not have to go too far for resellers.
