This forum has many users that have and use different hardware and software combinations. May I suggest that when posting a problem or request for help that we use a simple format to facilitate answers.
Start with the hardware used, protee, GC2, Skytrak etc.
State the software, TGC, E6, Protee etc.
State the conditions that you see, misreads, how to's, fixes needed, etc.
Include screenshots or other needed data.
Is it repeatable?
What have you done already to try to remedy the problem?
How can we help you?
BTW, I am no expert in any of the systems. I just know that I have been through a few issues and I have received great help from many users here. To make it easy to get answers give a short detailed explanation. If the other users have to ask a bunch of questions, they will probably skip helping. Or they may answer for Skytrak when the problem is GC2 and may lead you astray.
