My credit card company reimbursed me in full

Reviewed the website in January 2020. Advice on the site was to start with a Vistrak IR and build from there. I ordered it for $2,499 without reading reviews. I received a Vistrak Eagle camera and an infrared panel. Looked nothing like the photo of what I ordered. I figured that if it worked just as good, I could accept a reduction in price rather then return it. Sent multiple emails to Martin Gardiner that the product did not function correctly and never received a satisfactory response. Tried to reach by phone but impossible. Sent him formal notice by email to help me get system operating properly OR to send me a prepaid return label within 15 days and reimbursement, as recommended by dispute department of credit card company. No satisfactory response from GSA. My credit card company gave me a full refund and GSA got nothing for this order. The system is still in my garage and if ever I receive an empty box with a prepaid return label, I will be happy to ship all back to GSA as it is completely useless to me. By the way, downloading the daily update of the GSA control panel never made the system functional.

Did someone do a remote session with you? I remember that you joined the Discord channel but I don't remember any contact from you. For a short time, Martin was paying me for customer service. The single camera Vistrak is a little difficult to set up without any guidance. Feel free to message me with any questions.
