Anyone able to get a Vistrak Stereo setup to read all data somewhat accurately?

Been dealing with this for several weeks, can really get it working. Got the heights and distances dialed in for the vistak and the IR stereo unit. Literally have the stereo cameras lined up at a disparity of 4 at the ground level. I bought the suggested black caret from HD, I have even performed the calibration twice (and have charted the data out and it is very consistent with what should be expected - I'm an engineer so I can't help but analyze it), but I get inconsistent results, sometimes close, sometimes way off (using flightscope as a reference and knowledge of my swing, as well as visual feedback and the info on the CP that says if data was estimated or read).

So really, has anyone other than Keith been able to get this set system up? I love the concept, but if there are environmental variables other than camera setup, carpet, and settings, I would like to know if anyone has solved them.

We purchased the VisTrak IR Stereo in September. We have a new retail shop with two simulator bays. We are opening this weekend and we have still not gotten the Vistrak to work properly. Martin has no phone support and only email support. After 2 weeks of getting nowhere with emails going back and forth, he said he would call once a day to help out. That lasted only a few days and each phone call was very short. These are still not working..

Unfortunately you will never get it working. I put my stereo system away in a box. I might use it as bait when I go fishing.

I had mine working. RickyG has also has his working. My Vistrak stereo is being hooked back up this weekend. I have been testing the Vistrak Vcam C...... By Monday, I will have them both set up. I don't expect the Vcam C to be as accurate as the stereo for LA..... but speed and HA should be just as good. The Vcam C will not require a non reflective flooring which will be a plus.
