  • GSA is no longer selling stereo systems.

Ricky G and I have closed a deal in which we will provide sales and service of Vistrak stereo systems. We will also be able to provide Vistrak Eagle and Vistrak Vcam systems.... Please note that, in our opinion, these 3 systems are the only systems that are ready for sale. Rick and I will continue to work with Martin to develop the spin cameras. Once ready for sale they will also be included in our items for sale. We will not be offering conceptual products or products that we have not personally tested.

Rick and I have a combined 26 years of golf simulator experience. Simulators that we have previously owned include Electric Swing, Flightscope Xi + Tour, GC2, Skytrak, Mevo +, P3 Proswing. GSA (CX2, PX5, PX5 stereo, Vistrak Stereo, Vistrak Eagle.

We should be able to start providing sales within a week or so. We will be able to provide a one stop shop experience.

One thing that we still need to finalize is a name for the company.

Why purchase from us rather than directly through GSA? Purchasing through us will give the customer access to our discord channel. 3 months of free remote service if needed. Over the years I have helped well over 30 GSA users get their systems up and running.

Why haven't I done this sooner??? Until recently, I felt that there were still too many issues with the new Vistrak systems. Putting from the single camera Vistrak system was a big issue that needed to be fixed before it was ready for sale.

In the sim world, most sims handle full shots quite well. There may be variances in Spin axis or side spin but overall, most sims do a great job on full shots. Where some sims struggle is chipping and putting. Vistrak systems handle chipping and putting extremely well. Those videos will be uploaded within the next few days. Followed by gameplay videos and side by side videos with the Mevo+

    Company name will follow shortly.

Very exciting news! It can only help GSA to have experienced sales and support guys taking the lead in these areas. Do you guys think you will offer support for a fee to people that may have already purchased units but want to have some support on the fine tuning? Also will you sell the TGC software upgrades or would that be better coming from Martin/GSA or even ProTee direct?

We will most certainly be able to help current GSA users with customer service. We were thinking about a small one time fee. We will also be able to help with screens, enclosures, mats, and software. I should have the website up sometime within the next two weeks. It took way longer than anyone anticipated for the Vistrak software to become usable. RickyG has plenty of gameplay video on his Youtube channel. I have posted some videos on putting and chipping. TGC 2019 gameplay videos will also be posted this week.

Ok let me know on the support I never want to bother Martin as I love his development efforts and don't want to be a free loader to guys like yourselves that are trying to make a living on these products.

This is good news! I wish you and RickyG the best of luck! Are you only selling to Canadian customers or can you sell to US as well?

I also appreciate you guys only selling items that you've tested! And this should free up Martin quite a bit to focus more on the development.

I'm trying to get a better understanding on the older systems vs the newer VisTrak systems. It seems like the older systems used a Line Scan camera to trigger other cameras. So the ball passes a certain point and other cameras take pictures and the software carries out the calculations. Seems pretty straightforward and this is how Skytrak works. And now with the VisTrak cameras, those cameras are triggered by a delay from the VisTrak camera and the delay can be set by each club. But with any club, I can swing slow or fast so the needed trigger delay can be all over the place.

It seems to me that using a LS camera would be a lot more reliable than using a time delay. I'm sure there's good reason why the switch was made. keither5150 can you comment on this? I noticed there's an option to have a LS camera trigger the Vcam as opposed to having the VisTrak camera trigger the Vcam.
