Gsa control panel “system administrator”

I am fairly new to the world of simulators and recently bought a vistrak eagle setup. I had been messing around with the camera settings and got it working fairly accurate. Now all the sudden when I try to change things such as ball max size or vistrak scale, gray scales, or anything in the setup window a message appears saying only the system administrator can change these settings. I am logged in with system administrator and still it won’t allow me to make changes to a lot of different things. Has anyone ever ran into this?

in the control panel go to set up window and there will be a a green light saying only run system administrator turn it off this happened to me when i did and up date as well
