Possible glitch in the forum with posts

I have noticed that at times you can make a post on the forum and it will not show up with your name on the latest post. Instead it will leave a previous name. Or it will not show up as just being posted when you select today's posts.

Just did a test where I clicked the comment button so your reply was linked to that comment by whoever. That post then will not show like they normally do when you just reply without that comment button.

Just in case it is a glitch or maybe it is supposed to work that way.

The administrator will have to clear the cache on some threads.

And never used the comment button.

It did not show as a new post. Not sure if they are supposed to when a comment is used.
