I ordered my Optishot 2 last Friday. I received a confirmation email soon after, however, my order still shows unfulfilled? My email inquiry that was supposed to be answered in 6 hours is now 20+ hours late and my phone call today indicates nobody answers the phone. Anyone else experience this?
