Prosoft or sensicore inserts for joint pain

Just wondering during what people's experience has been with putting these inserts in their irons rather than getting recoil shafts to help with elbow and wrist pain from indoor golf.

I have started playing real golf and there is little to no pain outdoors. I only seem to have the pain indoors and like the iron shafts that I have right now. They are project x 6.0 pxi.

I have a set of recoils on its way but just wondered whether it would be worth while trying the prosoft or sensitive inserts first to see if they work before installing the recoil shafts.

    Any thoughts.

In short no. Some people get by with those or other inserts but for most the permanent fix is graphite shafts..You can easily find graphite shafts that are pretty much the same as steel. The price will be higher but no where as high as visits to the doctor to fix your joints. If you don't like the Recoils Aerotech steel fiber has shafts in many different weight and flexes as do several other companies.

If you have no pain outdoors, create a second indoor set with graphite. You can never have too many clubs. At least that's what i keep saying to myself.
