Tee shots launching straight up in the air!

I've been chasing this issue for a while now. On the Protee interface, the driver shots launch where they are expected, 13-16 degree range. When playing the Golf Club software, all shots launch super high? Suggestions?

you need to get rid of the light on the left side of your image. you can see the ball streak but there's too much other stuff going on and it can't pick out the ball streak.
