ProTee License Key

I am on site at a friends today to help him setup his sim. I sent over the machine ID and proof of purchase to protee just now, apparently I need it for the license key to begin installation.

Does anyone know how long this takes, or how to expedite it? It looks like they are in Amsterdam which means it after work hours over there. Is this to be expected for all protee support?

Off to a bad start if in the middle of our day it's night time at the support center...

Any help would be appreciated, also can I install TGC 2019 even though protee isn't setup? Do I risk anything there?

I've never installed Protee software, but do have TGC 2019 and can tell you the Protee support usually responds fairly quickly the few times I've contacted them. I doubt there would be any issues installing TGC2019 before installing Protee software.
