I am thinking about adding a sensor mat to my CX2 system ( vcam and Hcam) The sensor mat will add club speed, face angle, and club path to my ball path data. Will this be enough to give me accurate spin data. Currently GSA has spin adjustment per club. It's certainly better but at times it will add too much or too little spin. Thoughts? This would be a PX5 system for those who are familiar with GSA.

With the sensor mat, will it interfere with putting? Or does it disable when putting? Do you need a halogen light or will a good LED work?
How about practice swings and triggering when I put the ball down if I am not careful and other general lolli gagging lol

Putting can still be done via Hcam as far as I know. I think you would click Hcam putt detection on. You need a good shadow as the trigger is shadow based. Not sure if LED is as good as halogen. I believe that you can click on " no ball launch when ball not detected by camera" Nice shooting in the last tournament Daddio.

Would we have to click the mat off ea time we putt or when it went into putting mode, would it click the mat off?
I would have done better if when I wanted to hit an 8i, I wouldn't have hit the GW like I did and came up way short and got a double.
That's what I get for being an idiot!! lol
Nice 72 in R3
Congrats Bama, great rounds!!

I am pretty sure once you enable Hcam putt detection, it disables the vcam and anything else you have when you select putter. Martin did say that our putting wouldn't change. You can still use rough and sand panels but the system will act as a CX2 from those panels. I am currently using hcam putt detection. It works excellent. The mat has a built in shadow trigger for club face, path, and club speed. You still need you LS camera to trigger your vcam and hcam.
