Pro Tee old to VX

Has anyone pulled the trigger and went from old sensor mats to the VX? Also, did you have a raised floor?, did you also have the putting sensors? What hitting strip did you use to take the place of that? I just pulled the trigger on the VX and have the old system. i was thinking the Sigpro hitting strip. Any suggestions? Thank you for reading my ramble and inquisitiveness.

I just finished replacing the old floor sensors with the VX. I couldn't be happier! I have a large raised platform completely covered with artificial turf on top of gym-style rubber matting. I cut out the area from the front of the hitting mat to the second putting sensor opening which left a hole in the turf 12" x 66". I filled the putting sensor hole with raised subfloor and more rubber matting. For the hitting sensor hole in the subfloor I put down rubber matting on the base floor and filled the rest of the open area with an old gel kitchen chef's mat cut to shape. To finish it off, I put down a 12"x 66" remnant of leftover turf. Some staples and two sided carpet tape and I am good to go. The gel mat under the turf hits really well.
