Protee VX with Roxor control box

I have been using the VX for a couple weeks and it really is an amazing upgrade from the mevo which I had previously. I have found an apparent issue when using GSPro with a Roxor control box however. The box seems to hinder the vx from attempting to find the ball. The setup will work for a period of time and then the vx just stops recognizing a ball. A full reboot of the pc fixes it but then it happens again. I tried numerous tests and don’t have an issue with the ball being found when not using the control box. Anyone else experience this issue? I haven’t contacted Roxor or Protee yet for support as I’m curious from the forum if this has been replicated first. Thanks.

I Hope they are able to fix it I have both on order but nothing has arrived yet.

I don’t have my VX yet but when I do I will test my wireless roxor and let you know. That being said today I had gspro stop responding today for the first time ever with my mevo and my roxor hooked up. Started FS golf and that worked fine, closed gspro and opened it back up and no change, rebooted the machine and started gspro and that finally did it.

I’m now experiencing the ball finding issue with just gspro. Using the core protee software isn’t creating this issue. I submitted the issue with protee.

Are you using the wireless / bluetooth GSPro box? Or another variant? I just installed my sim a few days ago, with the wireless Bluetooth V2 box, and haven't had any issues. But also haven't put a lot of time in on the sim as yet.

Not sure what your last message is implying - are you saying you have the issue with GSpro and the Roxor box combination, but not with protee SW (while also not using the Roxor box)?

I got my roxor box hooked up with Bluetooth and GSPRO wouldn't find the ball but ProTee range was no problem.

Were you able to get a resolution earlier?

I have the Roxor Bluetooth (V2) and have had almost no "ball find" issues on the Protee VX using GSPro. I get possibly 1 random no-read in say 500, which I don't think is what you have described.

I think I had the wrong order of the software loaded and that might have been the issue.
