Protee vx shipping issues

    Protee vx shipping issues

    Has anyone had issues with the Protee vx shipping directly from Protee rather than a reseller?

    I received shipping information for the first system over an over a week and a half ago. This was stuck on label created for 4 days until I asked what was going on. I was told ups never scanned the shipment and Protee agreed to send another system.


    UPDATE: I guess I got impatient, tracking updated this morning. Protee customer service was very responsive and helpful throughout this process. Hope to be up and running this weekend and I’ll give my thoughts on the system.

      ProTee is selling a ton of these. I ordered mine when they had a bunch and it was Holland (I know Holland doesn't exist Max LOL) to Canada in 2 days.

          I bought mine through a US retailer, and it was shipped directly from Protee (internationally). No issues. The carrier sent me an email that approx $70 USD taxes/tariff were due at delivery, but my US retailer monitored all of that and paid the fees prior to my delivery. Completely seamless, shout out to simulatorhq.com.
