Vx sand simulator

I bought a sand simulator Matt for my golf simulator, my Vx won’t read the ball on it, could it be because the sand simulator grass is white or light brown, has anyone had this problem and found a remedy,?thanks

Your sand mat color is definitely of a 'darker shade' than the Forb sand mat color so would imagine that helps the LM pick up on the ball. Interested to know who makes it and / or where you acquired it (i.e., a generic Amazon seller? Or is a 'brand' name sand mat?). Also, can you share the dimensions of your sand mat (mostly interested in length and width, but if you know the height, too, pray tell). Thanks.

I cut the matt to fit , the whole Matt takes up the vx hitting area, almost, I can hit off fairway on the right, then rough taller grass. Then putt on short grass on left,the whole area
measures 20”x22”.the sand is 6.5x6.5, it’s big enough, I just wanted all the areas to represent shots, as you can tell the rough gets the most shots
