  • VX mounting height

Protee recommend having the mounting plate for the VX at between nine and ten feet from the floor. Is it better to be at 10ft or 9ft or does it not make any difference. Thanks

It's designed to be at the recommended height but the only issue with being at 9' is a smaller hitting area.

Mthunt, which simulator don't you have? Lol, took a few years off and see you're still here and prob still designing courses. I know you started with gc2 if memory serves correctly, then I thought you moved on to quad, and sounds like you have vx as well? Just wondering which has been the best eye opener so far? I know quad is still the king of accurate data, but vx seems like a good upgrade from my eyexo. I still have my gc2 bc not worth selling anymore.lol. Good to see you're still around

        I didn't see this as I wasn't tagged.

Ya. I used to run 2 GC2's and an HMT on one. I still have them. I changed to the VX when it came out. I love it and the software is amazing. I have 2 Camera's integrated too. Having nothing on the floor is awesome. IMO the XO and VX are very similar. I haven't used the Uneekor software in a while so I don't know about Swing Cam integration because the ones I use don't have cams.
