There is a Skytrak available on ebay. Is there anything I will need to do or can I just buy from him and plug and play?? Anything I should be weery about??

I wouldn't call buying on ebay w/ paypal risky. In fact the opposite of risky. Picking up one used on craigslist and meeting in a dark alley....that's risky. Buying something on the largest online auction site where all the protection is in place for the buyer??? Not risky.
